Penny is a gorgeous sorrel ky mtn mare that is 8 years old and stands 14.1 hands tall. This is a gentle mare that aims to please and likes to do good. Penny came from a family in Tennessee and was only sold due a passing in the family. Penny had been a member of the family’s trail mount for many years and was loved. She has impeccable ground manners and is very easy to work with. She gets along well with other horses and hauls perfectly on the trailer. Penny is the kind of horse that likes to be around people and enjoys attention, you’ll like her good smooth gait and laid back mentality. She’s great on the trail being that she is sure footed, willing and confident. She handles herself with ease on rough trails, steep banks, creeks and downed debris. She’s used to neighborhood barking dogs and traffic. This is a good little mare that is easy to like. I’m asking $2,850 for penny.
