Rosie is a pretty red roan Appaloosa mare that is 12 years old and stands 14.1 hands tall barefoot. This mare came off of some friends of a friend who had owned her the past few years, she was a cattle family’s horse and was often used by young boy trail riding and checking cattle most days, the only reason Rosie was sold to me was because they’re cutting down on numbers and he had a gelding that they had raised. Rosie is very laid back little mare that is drama free and very relaxing to ride. Rosie is laid back and absolutely easy to be around. There’s not a mean bone in her body and she keeps a willing attitude. She will walk on a loose rein until asked to do otherwise, has a nice smooth trot and will go right into a nice lope that’s very easy to sit.
