TRIXIE is a gorgeous grade bay ky mtn saddle mare that will be 11 years old in April of this year and stands 14.2 hands tall. Trixie is an action packed a little mare to ride to do her job she’s one of the horses that you can just tell she’s one of those that enjoys to be out on the trail. Trixie his grade out on the trail. She is surefooted, confident and has seen the sites. She’s used to trail dogs, neighborhood barking dogs, traffic, farm, machinery, school buses and motorcycles. Honestly, I have never had her hesitate or spook at anything. She is focused and confident, keyword being focused and I love that about her. So many horses are not focused and that is what gets a rider into trouble. Trixie is the same every time you get her out and will be the same no matter if she is alone or in a big group. She has never shown any kind bucking or rearing but I would recommend her for someone who likes a stylish horse just because she is not a deadhead, she is well broke and uncomplicated to ride, just not a deadhead. I am down on help on the farm right now, so I’m going to sell her below fair market value at $2400.
